Mobile app advertising is a critical component of every app marketing program, and mobile marketers face many challenges today when reporting on actionable results of their app promotions. The mobile industry boasts no standardized tracking methodology. Networks currently support different tracking methods which leads to duplications and accuracy issues. This session is designed to discuss the pros and cons for mobile app tracking methods, introduce tracking platforms, and review the importance of unbiased attribution as the mobile industry moves towards establishing tracking standards.
