Kristian has been at the forefront of the rapidly transforming game industry since 2001. He is a co-founder and partner at Initial Capital, a seed stage investor and accelerator that among other things led the seed round of Supercell where he serves on the board. Prior to that he served as Electronic Arts’ Executive Vice President of Digital, where he left in March 2013 to focus on startups. In 2007 Kristian co-founded, ran and then sold social gaming pioneer Playfish to Electronic Arts for $400M in 2009. In 2001 He was also a co-founder of mobile gaming pioneer Macrospace – today Glu Mobile (Nasdaq: GLUU) in 2001 through the successful IPO in 2007. Kristian also served on the board of LOVEFiLM, a European streaming video pioneer until its acquisition by Amazon in 2010.
