Brent Hale has over 8 years of experience in executive search and consulting for emerging technology companies. Although he was drafted by the Detroit Tigers out of high school, Brent decided to attend UC Berkeley, where he pitched for the school's baseball team. After Cal, he began his career in executive recruitment at Andiamo! Group. He then joined Roys & Associates, a boutique retained executive search firm specializing in emerging tech, renewable energy, and finance companies, where he moved up to the position of Vice President. Brent is currently at TS2, a niche focused executive search firm in mobile gaming/commerce. Brent heads up retained/contingency based searches as well as talent on-demand placement, providing clients around the world with the highest ROI on its human capital.
