Mukesh Jain is Vice President and Head of Advertising Technology and Platform at recently formed Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. in Mumbai, He leads cross-group monetization strategy and responsible for building innovative multi format advertising products across multiple screens and manage global technology teams to deliver technology solutions on multiple platforms.

He has been in the industry for 18 years delivering global solutions and managing large teams and products. Before joining Reliance, he worked at Microsoft (mostly USA) as Engineering Director leading multiple Bing Search Advertising teams in USA, Dublin, Hyderabad & Bangalore.

He is a seasoned executive-level coach, author, speaker and trainer. He is well-respected and recognized leader in the field of Management, Coaching, Leading Offshore/Global Teams, Product Strategy, Digital Advertising, Human-Centric designs, User Experience and Business Analytics.

He has made invited speaker appearances at PMI, CAI, QAI, BZMedia, ASQ, NASSCOM, STeP-IN, SPIN, SEI TSP, SEI SEPG, IEEE, ISSRE, PNSQC, Agile International, iSixSigma, SQE/Better Software and Huawei. He is recipient of multiple industry awards. He was on advisory boards for Keynote, PNSQC, IEEE, ISPI, ASQ, SEI & SPIN.

He is author of books “Delivering successful projects” and “Web performance improvement”. He has published several articles in ICFAI and other magazines.
