Ricardo Quesada is the main author of the cocos2d game engine. The engine is being used by long-tail developers as well as big companies like Zynga, Wooga, Gamevil, Glu, GREE, Konami, TinyCo, HandyGames, IGG, Disney Mobile, etc. More than 5000 games are using this engine. It was forked many times by the community, and there is now a version for almost every language and platform. Since 2008, Ricardo has been developing tools, engines, and editors to improve the quality and accelerate the development of mobile games.
